A leading energy company in the UK is seeking an Electrical Asset Inspector to join their team. In this role, you will perform inspections of primary substations and the LV underground network, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. The position requires LV authorisations and experience with substation assets. You will receive a company vehicle and benefits to support your family and wellbeing. This is a full-time, permanent position based in various locations including Basingstoke and Slough.
Base Location: Basingstoke, Aldershot, West London, Slough, New Forest, Southampton or Oxford
Salary: £34,749 - £ plus the following:

We have a great opportunity for an Electrical Asset Inspector to join our team!
In this role, you’ll carry out routine safety and condition inspections across our electrical distribution system, with a focus on equipment in our 11kV-33kV primary substations.
Alongside primary substation inspections, you’ll also be involved in battery testing and replacement, underground LV box inspections, gauge checks, and a range of other asset sampling activities.
You’ll need to travel within the region depending on your allocated work area, and a company vehicle will be provided to support this.
