A global engineering consultancy is seeking EICA engineers for their Manchester and Edinburgh offices. You will work on projects related to water treatment, distribution, and wastewater recycling. Candidates must have an HND or higher in relevant engineering disciplines and two years of experience. This role includes strong communication skills and understanding of health and safety issues. About the business division
The Water Utilities Division is Mott MacDonald’s centre of excellence for responding to the UK and Ireland\'s water and wastewater challenges. The work we do ensures safe water supplies for the future, prevents urban flooding, and improves the health of rivers and coastal environments. Our multi-disciplinary teams provide services throughout the full project lifecycle, from advisory services and feasibility studies to outline and detailed design. We deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients while offering diverse and technically stimulating opportunities to our people.
We have opportunities for Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) engineers to join our Manchester and Edinburgh offices within the Water Utilities Division. Projects span water treatment, water distribution, wastewater recycling, industrial process water, desalination, irrigation, hydropower, and flood defence. We cover all phases of the project lifecycle from feasibility studies through detailed design, construction support, and commissioning to handover. You will undertake a wide range of EICA tasks, and you will work in close partnership with clients and contractors to build strong relationships that enhance the company\'s reputation and help secure further work.
