Job Description Summary

Job Description

The candidate will report functionally to the EHS Leader and operationally to the Lead EHS Specialist, requiring in-depth EHS knowledge and technical expertise to promote and maintain a safe working environment and culture.

Key Activities

1. Provide EHS guidance and support to Production teams

2. Complete audits in accordance with company and legislative requirements

3. Complete and review risk assessments

4. Support the management of change process with EHS expertise

5. Maintain relevant EHS documentation and procedures, including the EHS Gensuite system

6. Participate in and lead Teams – Framework 2.0

7. Assist in the development of best practices sharing and communication

8. Participate in accident investigations, hazard identification, and risk reduction initiatives/campaigns

9. Engage in environment-related initiatives

10. Collect and report EHS metrics

11. Facilitate and coordinate EHS training

Essential Requirements

• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in PC use
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead teams
• Engineering and technical experience
• Flexibility to provide EHS support and training across shifts

Desirable Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• IEMA Certification
• EHS training experience or qualification
