A leading management services provider is seeking an EHS Advisor to provide operational support at the Swaffham site. The role requires strong EHS leadership, ensuring safety during project phases. Essential qualifications include a diploma in Health & Safety Management and certifications in accident investigation and fire safety. The position offers £500 per day, Monday to Friday, fully site-based.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Equivalent in Health & Safety Management - Essential.
• CDM Awareness essential.
• National Grid Person essential.
• Essential certifications in accident investigation and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational EHS support to the Site Manager and organisation.
• Deliver visible EHS leadership and promote zero harm.
• Lead safety efforts during project phases including construction and closure.

Overview

Rullion are looking to recruit for the following role: EHS Advisor

Location: Swaffham Norfolk - West & Then onto East (Vanguard) - Same Site.

ASAP Start

12 Months initially (Projects Ongoing for numerous years)

Outside IR35

£500 Per day

Monday to Friday 10 hours per day

Fully site based.

Own transport required to get to site - No Public transport

Responsibilities

Site EHS Advisors are responsible for providing primarily operational EHS support to the Site Manager and site organisation.

Formally and publicly accept the role to provide visible, strong and active EHS leadership within the project, acting as a champion for zero harm, environment, sustainable future and wellbeing. Additionally, in regard to the project execution phases they will:

• Construction/installation, Commissioning phases:

• CCNSG - Essential
• Diploma in Envirionmental Management - Desirable but not essential
• Accident Investigation - essential

• IOSH Chartered member - essential
• Lead auditor - ISO45001/ISO14001- desirable
• HSG47- Desirable
• Safety coaching /behavioural safety- desirable
• First aid at work including defib- desirable
• Optional - SF6 Gas Awareness
