Job summary

The Deaf Academy in Exmouth is seeking an experienced EHCP Annual Review Coordinator to lead and manage the annual review process for Education, Health and Care Plans. You will work closely with students, families, teachers, local authorities and external professionals, acting as the central point of contact throughout the review process.

This role focuses on delivering accurate, timely reviews, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements within a supportive team

Qualifications

• An excellent administrator with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
• Confident in coordinating and chairing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the annual review schedule.
• Organise and chair EHCP annual review and interim review meetings.
• Support staff to complete review documentation to a high standard.
• Quality assure reports and paperwork to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with parents, carers, local authorities and external professionals.
• Monitor actions arising from reviews and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records and data within the Academy's management information systems.
• Contribute to wider education administration and quality assurance activities.
