Job summary

SGS College is seeking a dedicated EHCP & Annual Review Coordinator to join our Additional Learning Support team at WISE Campus. You will lead multi‑agency meetings, manage EHCP processes, and develop outcomes aligned with Preparing for Adulthood.

Training and development opportunities are provided to advance expertise in SEND compliance. This is a full-time, permanent role with term-time optional arrangements; you will work closely with learners, families and professionals to help them achieve

Qualifications

• Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Knowledge of EHCPs, the Annual Review process and the SEND Code of Practice.
• Ability to chair meetings and communicate with learners, families and professionals.
• Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to use initiative, solve problems and work with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison for parents, external professionals and internal stakeholders regarding learner progress.
• Chair EHCP Annual Review meetings and ensure reviews are within statutory timescales.
• Prepare and submit Annual Review documentation in line with guidance and audit requirements.
• Gather and present evidence from curriculum teams to support annual reviews.
• Write, review and amend EHCP outcomes aligned to PfA guidance.
• Collaborate with the ALS Manager and external professionals to support progression.
