Job summary

The Edwin Group is seeking an EHCP Coordinator to support students with SEND in the Gosport area. You will coordinate annual reviews, oversee the EHCP process, and ensure statutory timelines and quality standards are met.

You will work with staff, families, and external partners to gather input, chair meetings, and deliver well-documented plans within a supportive trust environment. This is a full-time role based in Gosport.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating EHCP annual reviews.
• Ability to manage high-need student caseloads.
• Strong liaison with staff and families to gather input.

Responsibilities

• Manage the EHCP process for a caseload of students within the Trust to ensure deadlines and statutory requirements are met.
• Coordinate annual reviews for High Needs students to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure invitations and meeting requests are sent and follow policy for annual reviews.
• Collect input from all parties for annual reviews in accessible formats.
• Support staff in understanding and participating in the annual review process.
• Coordinate and draft documents for circulation within legal timeframes.
• Chair annual review meetings and finalize post-review documentation.
• Provide cover for other EHCP Coordinators when they are absent.
