Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an EHCP Coordinator for a term-time only role, across two sites. You will lead the EHCP Annual Review process, coordinate with students, parents and staff, and ensure bespoke support plans are in place within six weeks.

The role supports safeguarding and partnership with external professionals across both locations. You will work with Learning Support and wider teams to deliver timely reviews, manage records in MIS systems, and contribute to funding and local-authority

Qualifications

Experience with EHCP processes, ideally within a post-16 or Further Education setting.
Ability to manage a caseload and meet statutory deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and chair the EHCP Annual Review process for an assigned caseload, ensuring statutory deadlines and quality standards are met.
Gather input from students, parents, and staff ahead of reviews and complete post-review documentation on time.
Establish individual support plans for EHCP students within 6 weeks of starting their programme.
Liaise with external professionals, Local Authorities and Statutory Assessment Teams.
Work with curriculum, careers, admissions and student services across both sites to ensure joined-up support.
Provide cover for colleagues chairing annual reviews and support team training and development.
