Job summary

Cardinal Newman College is seeking an EHCP and PEEP Coordinator to oversee the EHCP process and annual reviews across the college, including Foundation Learning. The role requires GCSEs in English and Maths (4–9) and experience with SEND settings, with a strong focus on accurate record-keeping and safeguarding.

You will manage paperwork, coordinate review meetings, and ensure timely completion of documentation, while upholding Catholic ethos and equality commitments.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics at Grade 4 9 (A–C) or equivalent.
• Experience of working with young people in an education, support or SEND setting.
• Sound understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and Local Offer.

Responsibilities

• EHCP coordination and annual reviews.
• Coordinate the EHCP process across the College, including Foundation Learning.
• Plan, prepare and manage the annual EHCP review cycle, including paperwork and meetings.
• Ensure EHCP information, outcomes and support arrangements are recorded and shared with staff.
• Maintain accurate records of students EHCPs, review dates, contacts and actions.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure documentation is completed within timescales.
