A leading social services organization based in Greater London is looking for an EHC Needs Coordinator to oversee the statutory process for Education, Health and Care assessments. You will ensure the needs of children with EHCPs are met, collaborate with families, and contribute to developing comprehensive care plans. Qualifications

• Experience with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
• Ability to work within statutory timeframes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statutory EHC assessments for children and young people.
• Develop and monitor EHC Plans in partnership with families and professionals.
• Conduct annual reviews and transition meetings for EHC Plans.
