Our local authority client, based in Central London, is looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer to join their team at the beginning of October.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience of residential property inspection
• Experience of enforcement using the Housing Act 2004
• Experience in preparing civil penalty notices
• Experience in inspection and enforcement of Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation Regulations 2006
• At the very least HHSRS qualified
• Experience within Environmental Health Housing is essential
