Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver New Business sales primarily in the UK. Selling SAAS screening services to companies to meet their business needs and operational objectives.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
- Sell EBC products in the UK market.
- Report on new innovations that will add value to products and increase sales.
- Find new and innovative ways of meeting the business targets and objectives.
- Contribute to the sales team by meeting deadlines and goals.
- Travel to meet with potential clients.
- Support team in achieving their goals by fostering a team atmosphere.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, new business, and Account management.
- Set up presentations and ensure products are configured for demonstration effectively.
- Provide handover documentation to the Onboarding and Account management teams.
- Invent new and innovative ideas for product promotion.
- Support Account management in resolving customer complaints related to products and sales.
- Provide promotional material to encourage product purchases.
- Analyze competitors and report on SWOT to maintain market position.
- Attend events to promote the product.
- Engage customers by identifying their needs and resolving concerns.
- Follow internal administration and accounting processes, suggesting improvements.
About You:
- Experience in business development and acquiring new business.
- Understanding of the sales process.
- Ability to present and demonstrate to prospects.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Confident using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for research and contact management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities.
- Positive, adaptable, solutions-focused attitude.
- Remote-first work environment, with up to 8 days per month in the office (London or Bedfordshire, TBC).
