Education Social Worker/Education Welfare Officer

Salary: £39,513 - £42,708 per annum.

Work base: Conwy Schools/ Coed Pella

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient professional to deliver high quality support and response to children and young people in Conwy who are experiencing difficulty in attending school. The successful applicant will complete a comprehensive assessment of need regarding regular school attendance, while taking into consideration individual needs including additional learning needs, emotional wellbeing and family, social and environmental circumstances.

Due to the nature of the post, the successful candidates will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
