A regional NHS health provider in Chester seeks a dedicated Education and Quality Lead for theatres. You will be responsible for overseeing educational development and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key tasks include leading training programs and maintaining reports related to Quality and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in healthcare education. This role requires active participation in daily operational meetings and updating compliance data within the theatre department.
Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week
As Education and Quality Lead for theatres you will work alongside the Theatre Matron and the Theatre Speciality Managers. You will be responsible for overseeing educational development within theatres as well as facilitating quality improvements relating to all aspects of the quality strategy.
You will also be involved in the daily running of the Operating Theatre Department in the Manager of the Day or Coordinator role ensuring productivity, efficiency and effective use of the theatre environment.
