A leading educational institution in Greater London is seeking a key member for the Education, Quality and Student Experience Team. This role involves supporting the school’s education management by coordinating activities throughout the student journey and ensuringaccurate responses to student queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills with a great attention to detail. The salary ranges from £33,263 to £40,015 per annum, including a London Allowance.
As a key member of the Education, Quality and Student Experience Team you will support the school’s education management in both quality and experience. You will play a key role in coordinating and organising the education activities that support the complete student journey from enrolment, registration to graduation. You will ensure that students’ queries are answered accurately and triaged as appropriate.
You will have excellent organisational skills, you will demonstrate a good use of initiative & have the ability to multi‑task and prioritise a high workload. Attention to detail and good administrative record keeping are essential.
The School of Society and Environment at Queen Mary University of London is made up of three academic departments, History, Geography, and Politics & International Relations. The school has been newly formed and has circa 150 academic staff. It is home to a highly diverse cohort of students and offers a broad‑ranging and methodologically plural curriculum in all three academic departments.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus. It is a full time permanent. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £33,263 – £40,015 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.
