What you'll do:
  • Lead the Trust's EDI programmes, championing a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all EDI matters to leaders, managers and staff.
  • Develop, implement and review the Trust's EDI strategy, ensuring we deliver on our People Strategy and statutory obligations.
  • Oversee EDI data and reporting systems, ensuring data quality, security and compliance.
  • Engage and empower staff through Trust-wide inclusion networks and events.
  • Design and deliver impactful EDI training, workshops and leadership development programmes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, staff networks and external partners to promote best practice and innovation.
  • Support the development of inclusive policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Manage EDI budgets and resources effectively.
  • Role model the Trust's values of Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Respectfulness, Enthusiasm and Support.
