ECT Secondary Teachers – January 2026

We are looking for a variety of Secondary Teachers from a Maths, Science, English, P.E., Art etc background. We are working with a number of schools in Buckinghamshire who require ECTs from January 2026.

The ideal teacher will be committed, positive and a versatile teacher to join their successful department. You would be required to deliver excellent subject knowledge to KS3 and KS4.

The Role

• You will be responsible for ensuring students are on task, managing behaviour, engaging in students with fun and inspiring lessons.
• You will be expected to undertake all aspects of a permanent teaching role from planning, preparing, and delivering quality lessons, raising attainment, managing behaviour, marking and assessing work and attending training, meetings and parent evenings.
• The teaching jobs we offer will require you to have previous, recent experience within a secondary school in the UK.
• You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and be able to follow and implement classroom activities.
• You must have excellent subject knowledge and a Good/Outstanding track record of delivering quality lessons across all key stages.
