About you

You are a fully registeredkaiakowith leadership experience or clear potential. You arewarm,andproactive, with excellent communication skills. You understand how to translate children’s interests into a documented journey usingTeWhārikiasyour base. A heart-centred leader, you can coach a team withinregrityto grow teacher capability.

The mahi

You will provide pedagogical leadership while overseeing the flow of your space. You will lead curriculum planning and assessment, experiment and innovate with our core philosophies, and foster a cohesive, supportive team spirit. While you support the centre manager with enrolments and professional enquiries, your primary focus is modelling exceptional practice and ensuring the highest standards of care, documentation, and hygiene are maintained.
