Core Recruiter are recruiting for an Estimator to join a reputable construction business based in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation working across earthworks, and civils projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for earthworks, civils or demolition projects.
• Analyse drawings and tender documents to inform estimates.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support project teams by identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions.

Salary / Package : £50,000 – £75,000 per annum plus package

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience preparing cost estimates for earthworks, civils or demolition projects
• Ability to analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities
