Job summary

WSP is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead opportunities through the Work Winning Lifecycle, coordinating with business leaders, technical specialists and proposal professionals to build winning teams and strategies.

You will develop quality, profitable proposals and ensure a smooth transition from bid to delivery. The role also involves maintaining a bid knowledge library, driving improvements and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification.
• APMP Foundation minimum.
• Knowledge of environmental and earth sciences proposals preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a collaborative approach.
• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in adopting new digital bidding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunities through the Work Winning Lifecycle.
