Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to lead complex, high value bids across the UK and Ireland. You will drive bid strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and quality in every proposal from capture through to submission.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, bid management expertise, and a track record of winning tenders within the engineering/construction sector. UK-wide travel and hybrid working are involved.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in an appropriate subject.
• APMP Foundation certification is preferred.
• Experience in producing tenders / bids in engineering and construction.
• Ability to lead bids, manage bid governance and provide strategic input.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex and high value strategic bids.
• Ensure bid governance and bid review processes are followed.
• Develop customised client solutions and tender plans.
• Coach and develop staff under their management.
• Analyse bids to share best practices and drive improvements.
