Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to lead and manage high-value bids across the UK and Ireland, reporting to the Head of Bids. You will drive capture planning, coordinate bid teams, and deliver client-focused proposals from start to finish.

You will work with opportunity directors and senior staff to craft winning solutions, oversee governance, and coach others. A degree in a relevant field and APMP Foundation certification are preferred, with strong MS Office and

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject.
• APMP Foundation certification required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe suite; InDesign desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-value bids as bid manager.
• Ensure bid governance and bid review processes are followed.
• Contribute to strategic bid capture planning.
• Develop customised client solutions to meet client needs.
• Coach and mentor bid staff and colleagues.
• Collaborate with Opportunity Directors and teams to tailor solutions.
• Analyse bids and share best practices across the business.
• Train colleagues on bid processes and skills.
