Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Proposals Manager to drive bid strategy and manage cross‑functional teams across the Water business unit. You will orchestrate large, high‑value proposals, lead multidisciplinary bid teams, and ensure compliant, persuasive submissions aligned with client objectives.

You will guide bid capture, governance, and planning while coaching others to improve performance and win rates. Strong English communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant bid management experience.
• Strong understanding of bid governance and review processes.
• APMP Foundation or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Thorough understanding of procurement processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust project management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex bids and win strategies.
• Ensure bid governance and reviews are followed.
• Collaborate with Directors and experts to tailor winning solutions.
• Coach and mentor bid teams throughout the process.
• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop relationships with partners and internal teams.
