Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead bid teams for rail projects across the UK, coordinating with clients, partners and internal stakeholders to craft compelling proposals from capture to contract award.

You will drive win strategies, manage governance and produce high-quality content, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring timely submission in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification relevant to proposals or business development.
• APMP Foundation certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience coordinating proposals, bids or work-winning activities in infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid team from capture to contract award and manage reviews.
• Write impactful, tailored proposal content and develop visuals.
• Coordinate interfaces between business leaders, technical staff and the proposals team.
• Support project teams in client interviews and presentation development.
• Promote best practices in governance, qualifications and lessons learned.
