Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Proposals Manager to drive winning bids across the Work Winning Lifecycle. You will assemble cross-disciplinary teams, craft compelling win strategies and ensure competitive, high-quality proposals.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technical specialists and external partners, maintain bid knowledge library, and support continuous improvements, including exploring AI-enabled bidding techniques.

Qualifications

Degree level required with APMP Foundation preferred.
Experience in environmental and earth sciences proposals is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Manage opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Prep, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).
Follow WSP best practice and comply with internal governance requirements.
Influence and communicate at a senior level whilst coordinating with wider teams and partners.
Facilitate development of delivery solutions, bid strategies and key messages.
Work with technical authors to write and review impactful, tailored content.
Support project teams in preparing for interviews.
Act as a hub of best practice and knowledge for proposals.
Mentor junior team members.
