Overview

Randstad is looking for passionate Nursery Practitioners who can provide nurturing care for children aged from 3 to 5 in a setting based in and around Manchester. The main responsibilities include creating engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), building trusting relationships with the children in your care, and working as part of a dedicated and passionate team. We offer day-to-day supply or long-term roles for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the EYFS and its daily requirements, including observations and assessments where necessary
  • Building key relationships with both children and parents to ensure trust and smooth transitions
  • Creating engaging activities for the children in your care
  • Providing the necessary care requirements and developmental needs of Early Years children, such as feeding and supporting with individual daily routines
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS (desirable)
  • Experience working with children (desirable)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK. (No sponsorship provided)
