Early Years Practitioner - Fixed term until 26/06/2026

Salary: £29,173 - £33,287 (pro-rata for sessional)

Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional

7:30 - 15:45 Monday - Thursday & 8:00- 13:00 Friday

Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our ELC Team. Craigroyston Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. We welcome applications from experienced Early Year Practitioners who will support our work to ensure learners at Craigroyston Primary develop the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to demonstrate four key capacities - to be successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Early Years learners in a school environment.
  • Be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
  • Operate ICT systems and have knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Communicate effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Provide basic first aid and administer medication as appropriate.
