Job Title: Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse
Location: Islington, North London
Start Date: November 2025
Pay: £100-£110 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Shift patterns - 8:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:00pm / 10:00am-6:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (All year round or term time only)

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education and have Paediatric First Aid training
• Have proven experience working with children aged 2-5 within a nursery or EYFS setting
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging learning activities
• Be confident supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to ensure high-quality early education and care
• Maintain accurate observations and records to support children's progress
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported
