Early Years Practitioner role to start ASAP in North London

Brilliant opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner with a relevant qualification to start a new role at a warm and welcoming nursery in Tottenham with an immediate start!

Working full-time as a permanent Early Years Practitioner, you would be joining a team of committed and friendly staff

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering activities that stimulate children's imagination and creativity
  • Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
  • Following the EYFS curriculum to assist with the development of early reading and early maths skills
  • Carrying out observations and assessing key children's progress
  • Encouraging development through interactive play and age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Helping children to start developing positive relationships and social skills from a young age

Previous experience within a nursery setting is desired for this Early Years Practitioner role, and a Level 2 or 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is essential. You should have a good understanding of and good attitude towards working in EYFS, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
