Early Years Practitioner – Outstanding Primary School (Harrow, London)

Salary: £26,234 – £31,742 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm (Term Time Only)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding Ofsted graded Primary School in Tower Hamlets - East London.
You will play a key role in scaffolding and supporting our EYFS provision, working closely with teachers to provide both whole-class and small-group support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early education of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS framework.
  • Scaffold learning experiences to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Provide focused support to children who need additional help to make progress.
  • Encourage a love of learning through play, exploration, and positive relationships.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and parents to support pupil development.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and contribute to planning and assessments.
