Early Years Officer

Woodburn ELC Centre

An opportunity has arisen for a part time Early Years Officer to join the team at Woodburn Early Learning and Childcare Centre.

You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Apply current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures; promote and deliver high quality play and learning indoors and outdoors.
• Work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, and experience working with children.
• Must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
• If successful, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.

Contract

The post is part time (14.8 hours, working Thursday and Friday), term time and permanent within Falkirk Council Education Services.
