At Willows Primary Academy, we are seeking to recruit an outstanding, experienced and passionate teacher to lead our Early Years Foundation Stage. This post would be an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative teacher wanting to take the first steps in leadership, or for a more experienced leader seeking an exciting opportunity. Willows invests in new staff and the successful candidate would be provided with appropriate mentoring and support. The Early Years Foundation Stage consists of two Reception Classes and a large Nursery, including two year old provision.
The successful candidate will take a class teacher role and have dedicated leadership time to lead the phase.
