With strong links to families in the village and a commitment to high‑quality early years practice, we are looking for a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our supportive and experienced team. The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development during these important early years. You will:



  • Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and our unique curriculum

  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive

  • Support children's daily routines, wellbeing and emotional development

  • Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

  • Build positive, professional relationships with parents and carers

  • Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to support the continued development of the nursery


About you:


  • Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has experience working in an early years or nursery setting

  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS and child development

  • Is warm, reliable, and passionate about supporting young children

  • Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team

  • Takes pride in creating a positive, engaging learning environment
