We are looking for caring, confident, and enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for early years development and learning through play. Whether you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or you have hands‑on nursery experience without formal qualifications, we welcome your application.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's learning and development through play, interaction, and observation
• Act as a key person, developing strong relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold high standards of care and education
• Follow safeguarding, equality, and health & safety policies at all times

Requirements

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (or equivalent), or relevant experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, proactive, and positive approach to supporting children
• A genuine passion for early years education and helping children reach their full potential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications, and the type of role offered.
