Our large Maintained Nursery School is based on two sites, both with wonderful outdoor spaces.

We have some permanent and temporary roles available and are looking for people with a passion for early years education and a can‑do attitude.

Role

The posts will be based at either Guildford Nursery School, Hazel Avenue GU1 1NR or Guildford Nursery School, York Road GU1 4DU.

  • Able to support the provision of a rich, inclusive, safe yet challenging environment and curriculum to meet each of our children's unique interests and needs.

Hours of work
  • 8.45am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday.
  • We will also consider 8.45am-1.30pm Monday - Friday.
  • We can also consider 36 hours per week within the hours of 7.45am-4.30pm Monday - Friday.

Salary range
  • PS3 £24,330 FTE pro rata
  • Actual annual salary:
    • £20,930 pa pro rata based on 36 hours per week, term time only. Monday - Friday
    • £19,622 pa pro rata based on 33.75 hours per week, term time only 8:45am-4:00pm Monday - Friday
    • £13,808 pa pro rata based on 23.75 hours per week, term time only 8:45am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday
