There is an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager in Walsall Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) to work with the EIP management team across the Black Country, to lead on delivery and leadership of the Early Intervention in Psychosis service. The manager will be supported by a Clinical Lead in the team, alongside the service leads.
Our Early Intervention Service is passionate about improving the evidence based treatments for First Episode Psychosis and At Risk Mental State (ARMS). The aim is for a quality service that is evidence based and outcome measured, we participate in the NCAP audit to measure our performance and are improving our standards yearly.
The MDT work well together to encourage the voice of the service user to be heard in their own care and treatment and we place our service users at the heart of what we do.
Our aim is to have a skilled and confident workforce of practitioners that enables effective delivery of the service through collaborative relationships with our families and partner agencies as required.
