About the role

Early Career Teacher

Location: Medway

Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £30,000 – 33,483 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

As an Early Career Teacher, you will :

  • Teach a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (dependent on your preference and school needs).
  • Receive full ECT support and mentoring from experienced colleagues.
  • Create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Develop your skills and confidence with ongoing professional development opportunities.
