Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and track pupil progress in line with school policies.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, activities, or events.
  • Work closely with your mentor, senior leaders, and colleagues to develop your practice.
Requirements
  • QTS (or working towards completion).
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
