Overview

An award-winning interior design firm in SW London is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their industry-renowned CEO.

This is an extremely high-end and reputable company that prides itself on its supportive, cohesive, and fun culture. They really look after their staff and, as a result, have an extremely low turnover. The company offers great perks, stunning offices and hybrid working.

This varied and fast-paced EA role will be providing Business and some private support to an extremely busy, genuine and inspiring creative genius.

Responsibilities
  • Gatekeeping on behalf of the CEO – liaising with clients
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Itineraries and travel arrangements (business and personal)
  • Liaising with journalists/PR team
  • Arranging documents and logistics for external talks/events
  • Lead and deliver company events – guest lists, invitations, event planning
  • Expenses
  • Lifestyle support - appointments, personal travel, family stuff
  • Adhoc new business support + adhoc FOH cover
Qualifications

They are looking for a fantastic candidate with proven EA/PA experience in Interiors, Luxury Property/Architecture, or a Luxury Creative background.
