Executive Assistant & Administrative Support - £40k to £55k - Bromley

This is an opportunity for an experienced EA to join an award‑winning, not‑for‑profit company that provides supported living and housing to vulnerable adults who have suffered mental health issues, homelessness, and other social exclusions, supporting them through their journey to independent living. Everyone at the company has a dedication in working to advance the mental health services landscape, has enthusiasm for the care of residents, and fosters a positive and supportive workplace.

SALARY ETC
  • £42,000 to £55,000, depending on experience.
  • Benefits include enhanced holiday leave, learning and education support, various health and wellbeing benefits including a health cash plan, generous maternity and paternity leave payments, free breakfast and activities, free parking, etc.
  • Permanent, full‑time
  • On‑site working but may be able to offer 1 or 2 days a week working from home after 6‑months, depending on business needs.
  • Monday to Friday, office based hours (can be flexible provided they are worked between core hours of 8am and 6pm) 37.5 hours / week, with occasional out of hours work required.
  • Office location: Bromley.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 or more years’ experience managing professional social media platforms, and supporting C‑Level Executives.
  • Must have a degree as minimum level of education.
  • Experience of providing business, administration, minute taking, and management assistance at a senior level across organisations.
  • Experience writing business reports and designing presentations using PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Job related professional qualification, such as an undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills with extensive demonstrable experience of Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as outstanding IT and digital skills.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills to manage a busy workload, often with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to accurately summarise and convey complex information to a range of audiences with impact and clarity.
  • A can‑do, proactive approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
JOB SUMMARY
  • To provide an Executive Assistant & Administrative Support role to the CEO and C‑Level team.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office while also providing structured support to the Marketing & Project Growth Leader.
  • Offering a primarily administrative support, ensuring exceptional organisation, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Providing business, operational, and personal support for the CEO.
  • Assisting with marketing logistics, events, communications, and documentation.
  • You should be a highly experienced administrator with a natural talent for organisation, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine enjoyment of administrative work.
