Job description

A luxury country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 25 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie, you will be working with a team of 10 chefs cooking dishes for the Brasserie. The Brasserie offers an elegant open-plan dining space serving an all-day menu fusing British and Mediterranean cuisine, and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday, with a daily specials board. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a progressive company and may offer you the opportunity to work in the other dining options available at the hotel.

Requirements:

A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who has good experience working in high-quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role, as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
