E / CTRM Global Head of Sales / CRO - London, NYC or Houston Based

Global cloud-native, cross asset E / CTRM software house seeks a Global Head of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and grow their Global Sales, based from either London, New York City or Houston / Dallas.

The business you'll join

Founded 15 years ago, you will join a large, global financial technology business who are rapidly growing their existing E / CTRM software business. Their software is cutting edge, cloud-native and provides a comprehensive end-to-end E / CTRM solution to clients, but also provides modular based bolt on solutions to potentially existing Endur, Allegro, RightAngle E / CTRM systems that clients may already have, enhancing them and making them work more efficiently.

Your role

To lead the existing global sales team of sales managers, account managers and presales consultants (sales engineers) across North America (New York City, Houston & Dallas), Europe (London) and South-East Asia (Singapore), this is a strategic and people leadership role without an individual contributor target. You will be responsible for :

  • Creating the sales strategy for growth over the next 5 years, including increasing sales, revenue and average deal size
  • Upskilling the existing sales team
  • Increasing the sales pipeline, resulting in increased global revenue
  • Assisting the existing sales team where needed in closing deals
  • Hiring and integrating new sales hires across London, New York, Houston or Dallas, and Singapore
  • Being a key part of the overall global management team, helping to grow the business
Salary + bonus + equity + benefits
  • London based: £200-250k basic + 100% uncapped commission + equity + benefits
  • New York City / Houston / Dallas based: $250-300k basic + 100% uncapped commission + equity + benefits
Key skills & experience sought :
  • The successful Global Head of Sales / CRO will have a proven track record in E / CTRM software sales over 10 years+ (ideally more), starting as a high achieving individual contributor and moving into a global sales leadership role over the last several years
  • This role is NOT an individual contributor role though, but is looking for a leader who can upskill their sales team and add real value, create the global sales strategy, so is looking for a superstar
  • My client is looking to increase their global sales revenue by 500% over the next 4 years, so you will be able to display a track record of growing an E / CTRM sales team, increasing sales, deal sizes and obviously revenue
