We are looking for an ambitious and detail-minded E-Commerce Account Executive to join our dynamic EMEA team at ghd, supporting the continued growth of our 9-figure Amazon channel across Europe.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager - EMEA, this role sits at the centre of our online business operations. You will work closely with local market teams across Europe as well as cross‑functional experts in marketing, supply chain, finance and data analytics to help drive consistent, high‑quality execution.
You will support day‑to‑day commercial and digital marketing activities across the Amazon channel, including major trading moments such as Prime Day and Black Friday. From coordinating new product launches to analysing sales performance, you will play an essential role in ensuring our brand presence is best‑in‑class across all European markets. You will also contribute to projects focused on elevating the customer experience and strengthening ghd’s category leadership on Amazon.
This role is ideal for someone who is wanting to develop a career in the world of e‑commerce. We’re looking for someone who loves working with data and thrives in a fast‑paced environment operating with a curious mindset and a strong eye for detail. Through broad exposure to commercial strategy, digital execution and data‑driven decision‑making, you will develop a clear understanding of how a global premium brand operates and drives growth in e‑commerce.
This is a newly created 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract role with the potential to evolve into a longer‑term opportunity.

This role will be based in our London (Soho) office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
