Overview

Location: Hybrid / flexible base location

London: £36,469 to £54,704 per annum

National: £33,593 to £50,389 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Role

Join us and support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers. You’ll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and improve our existing Finance & Operations system. Engaging with customers regularly and publicising new features introduced in each release, along with ensuring change is managed safely by following our change & release process, is part of this vital role. You’ll also help design and implement new solutions with guidance from the technical leads and solution architects, monitor day-to-day running of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate, and identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support, and determining the impact and priority for incidents reported.

Requirements

A working knowledge with hands-on experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management is crucial, along with a working knowledge of business processes within Finance & Operations, for example purchase ledger, general ledger and workflow.

If you have excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills and certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, or equivalent hands-on technical experience, then we want to hear from you now!

Location & Travel

With hybrid working, base locations across England and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base and occasional travel to other Clarion offices as and when required.
