The role
The CRM is currently used in pockets across the business and is performing well. The goal now is to expand adoption across the entire organization.
The business is receptive to this expansion, recognizing the benefits already achieved.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximize CRM benefits.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
There are ample resources available; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (approximately once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
