A leading company in the UK is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to lead the design and adoption of their CRM system across the organization. This role involves both technical hands-on work and high-level design to enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with a skilled team and manage tasks to ensure successful CRM adoption while being part of an inclusive and supportive work environment.

The role
The CRM is currently used in parts of the business with great success. The goal now is to adopt the CRM across the entire organization.
The business is eager to do so, recognizing the benefits already achieved.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design suitable solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximize CRM benefits.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
While you will not manage the team, you will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (approximately once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
