A leading company in the UK is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to drive the adoption of MS Dynamics across the organization. The role involves leading technical design and stakeholder management while collaborating closely with developers. The role
The CRM is in use in pockets of the business and is working very well. The goal now is to get the CRM adopted across the entire business.
The business is receptive to this, recognizing the benefits already being realized.
The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design appropriate solutions and features for successful adoption and maximum benefit from the CRM.
This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, which is challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.
You will have the support of a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.
There are ample resources; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.
We need
An experienced CRM architect who is well-versed in MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
Someone confident in handling stakeholders.
You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).
Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
