Role Overview

As a Dynamics CRM Architect, you will lead the technical design and decision-making process to scale and adopt the CRM system across the business. The CRM is currently used in parts of the organization, and your goal is to facilitate its adoption company-wide, maximizing benefits.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and ensuring successful adoption of the CRM solution. You will work with a team of D365 developers and support analysts, providing task management and strategic guidance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM architect, with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics, especially F&O and CE modules.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
• UK-based with willingness to travel occasionally (approximately once a quarter).
• Relevant qualifications and education (preferred but not essential).
