Role: Dynamics CRM Architect

Location: UK based (occasional travel)

Rapidly adopting and scaling the CRM is a key business strategy, and the Architect leads on all technical design and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of CRM solutions to ensure successful adoption across the business.
• Understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions for maximum benefit.
• Work hands-on with technical design and deployment, supported by a team of D365 developers and support analysts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders confidently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience as a CRM architect with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.
• Ability to handle stakeholders confidently.
• Based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (once a quarter approx.).
• Relevant qualifications and education (preferred but not essential).
