The role

The CRM is currently used in parts of the business and is working effectively. The goal now is to expand its adoption across the entire organization.

The Architect must understand the business requirements and design suitable solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximize CRM benefits.

This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it challenging but highly rewarding if executed well.

You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.

You will have support from a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.

There are ample resources; you will not manage the team but will assign tasks and collaborate with a talented, willing group of developers.

We need

An experienced CRM architect with strong knowledge of MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.

Someone confident in handling stakeholders.

You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).

Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
